사역 내용 (Responsibilities)
주일 청소년 예배 및 성경공부(Bible Study) 인도 및 총괄
청소년 사역 전반에 대한 기획, 조정 및 감독
청소년 모임 및 행사에서 말씀을 가르치고 모임을 인도
특별 행사, 선교여행, 캠프, 수련회 및 교제 활동을 기획하고 인솔
학부모와 협력하여 자녀들의 영적 성장을 돕고 지도할 수 있도록 지원
연간 청소년 사역 예산을 수립·관리하며, 책임 있는 재정 집행 및 절차 준수

자격 요건 (Qualifications)
정규 신학교 졸업자(Full-time) 또는 공인 신학교 재학 중인 자(Part-time)
영어로 설교와 상담이 가능한 자
청소년 사역 또는 관련 사역 경험 보유
청소년 사역 스태프 및 자원봉사자를 효과적으로 이끌 수 있는 리더십
학생, 학부모, 주일학교 교사들과 원활히 소통할 수 있는 뛰어난 의사소통 능력
다음 세대를 그리스도 안에서 세우고자 하는 진정한 사랑과 열정

True Light Presbyterian Church is seeking a Youth Pastor (grades 7–12)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Sunday youth worship services and Bible Study
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all youth ministry activities
- Teach and facilitate youth group gatherings and events (average attendance of 10
students)
- Organize and lead special events, mission trips, camps, retreats, and fellowship

opportunities
- Partner with parents to support and equip them in guiding their children’s spiritual
growth
- Develop and manage the annual youth ministry budget, ensuring responsible
stewardship and adherence to expense procedures

Qualifications:
- Seminary graduate (Full-time) or currently enrolled(part-time) in an accredited
seminary
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in youth ministry or related ministry experience
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and support youth ministry staff and
volunteers
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and Sunday school teachers.
- A genuine love for youth and a passion for discipling the next generation in Christ.
