오레곤 에덴장로교회는 미국 오레곤주 포틀랜드 비버튼에 위치한 PCA 소속 교회로, 한인 이민 1세와 영어권 2세가 함께 신앙 공동체를 이루고 있는 교회입니다.

저희 교회에서 다음 세대를 이끌어 주실 유초등부 담당 사역자를 아래와 같이 청빙합니다. 현재 저희 교회 유초등부(CM)는 1~5학년까지, 약 30여명의 아이들로 구성되어 있습니다.
(역할에 따라 전임, 혹은 파트 타임으로 지원하실 수 있습니다)

1. 전임 사역

1) 담당 사역

- 교육부 디렉터: 교육부 전체 기획 및 운영, 교사 교육 등
- 어린이 사역: 주일 예배 인도, 수요 AWANA 프로그램, 여름 VBS, 하베스트 파티, 크리스마스 발표 등 주요 행사 기획 및 실행
- 영어권 청/장년 소그룹 인도: 영어권 20~30대를 대상으로 한 소그룹 인도
- 전체 교회 사역 동참 및 부서간 협력

2) 복리후생

- 사례비: $52,000 ~ $61,000 (기본 사례비, 주택 보조, 건강 보험, 매칭 은퇴 연금 포함)
- 유급 휴가: 2주(주일 2회)
- 이사 비용 지원(거리에 따라)
- 세미나 참석 지원(연 1회)


2. 파트 사역

1) 담당 사역

- 어린이 사역: 주일 예배 인도, 수요 AWANA 프로그램, 여름 VBS, 하베스트 파티, 크리스마스 발표 등 주요 행사 기획 및 실행

2) 복리후생

- 사례비: $24,000 ~ $28,000


3. 자격 요건

- 미국에 합법적으로 취업이 가능한 분
- 개혁주의 신학 배경의 신학교 재학생 혹은 졸업생
- 언어: 영어로 설교 및 소통이 가능하신 분

Oregon Eden Presbyterian Church is Seeking a Children's Ministry Pastor

Oregon Eden Presbyterian Church is a PCA church located in Beaverton, Portland, Oregon. We are a faith community where first-generation Korean immigrants and English-speaking second-generation members worship together.

We are seeking a dedicated pastor to guide the next generation in our Children's Ministry(CM). Our CM currently serves approximately 30 children from grades 1-5.
(Applicants may apply for either full-time or part-time positions depending on the role)

1. Full-Time Ministry

1) Responsibilities

- Education Director: Overall planning and management of the education department, teacher training, etc.
- Children's Ministry: Lead Sunday worship services, Wednesday AWANA program, summer VBS, Harvest Party, Christmas program, and other major events
- English-speaking Young Adult Small Group: Lead small groups for English-speaking adults in their 20s and 30s
- Participate in whole-church ministry and collaborate across departments

2) Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $52,000 - $61,000 (includes base salary, housing allowance, health insurance, and matching retirement plan)
- Paid vacation: 2 weeks (2 Sundays)
- Relocation assistance (depending on distance)
- Conference/seminar attendance support (once per year)

2. Part-Time Ministry

1) Responsibilities

- Children's Ministry: Lead Sunday worship services, Wednesday AWANA program, summer VBS, Harvest Party, Christmas program, and other major events

2) Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $24,000 - $28,000

3. Qualifications

- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Current seminary student or graduate with a Reformed theology background
- Language: Ability to preach and communicate in English

4. Required Documents

- Two children's sermons in English (grades 1-5, submit video links)
- Personal statement (include family introduction, ministry calling, statement of faith, and brief ministry plan)
