Chamsarang Korean Methodist Church of Long Island, NY
is Seeking a Half-Time Pastor or Minister to Oversee the Education Department

Position: Education Department Overseer

Oversee and manage the education department.
Lead and preach for EM/Youth worship services on Sundays.
Plan and lead worship services, small groups, and Bible studies.
Provide baptism and confirmation education.
Collaborate with the senior pastor in ministry.

Qualifications
Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or an equivalent theological degree.
Ordained pastor (submit ordination certificate) or minister with an M.Div. degree.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in education ministry.
Proficient in both English and Korean.
Passion for the next generation in immigrant church settings.

Compensation
salary:  $40,000~$45,000(Half Time 3days a week), $1,800~$2,000(Part Time only Sunday)
Vacation benefits.

Personal testimony (including faith confession, ministry experience, and family introduction).
Certificate of graduation (or proof of enrollment) from a seminary (M.Div.).
Ordination certificate (for ordained pastors).
Two recommendation letters.
