New Mercy Community Church is searching for a Worship Pastor/praise leader

Job Description and Expectations
-Oversee all aspects of Sunday praise
-Work with the Worship coordinators/deacons to coordinate worship
-Recruit, develop and train the praise teams
-Lead praise for all the services with the intention of raising future leaders.
-Other avenues of ministry as needed and/or desired.
 
Accountability and Support
-Work together with the Pastoral team
-Elder/Pastor oversight
 
Part-time: 20 hours/week
