1. Requirements:
 - Current M.Div student or graduate

2. Ministry:
 - Teamwork with Lead Pastor
 - Leading service and activities(retreat, bible study, etc.)
 - Pastoral care for Youth Group
 - Working hours will be discussed during the interview.
