Youth Pastor / EM Pastor Position (Full-Time)

The English Ministry of Bethany Presbyterian Korean Church in Atlanta, seeks a full-time youth pastor/English Ministry to shepherd its Youth and English Ministry congregation.  English Ministry of Bethany Church consists of the 2nd and 3rd generations Koreans as well as Caucasians. We seek a person with an unmistakable call to serve the Korean-American church.

Ministry Expectations:
-Lead Lord’s Day worship services
-Prepare and preach biblically-based sermons
-Work with the worship team on a weekly basis
-Lead the Education Department (youth ministry)
-Maintain communication with all members via social media
-Lead the outreach ministry to local community
-Collaborate with the KM pastoral staff
-Attend all required meetings
-Cooperate when it comes to all church functions/events
-Maintain good records and keep track of administrative tasks

Qualifications:
-Must have a definite calling to full-time ministry in the Korean-American church English Ministry
-Must have a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary/divinity school
-Must have some prior ministry experience as a youth pastor, or pastoral intern
-Must be a U.S. citizen or have at least legal residency in the U.S.

Salary Package: $65,000-$75,000
-Will be discussed further during the interview stage
