• 직책: CPCNY 영어 예배를 섬기는 전임 부목사
• 급여: 경력에 따름 ($75-85k + 건강 보험 및 퇴직 기금 기여)
• 자격 요건:
-사회 또는 정치적인 트렌드에 양보하지 않고 하나님의 말씀의 변함없는 진리를 충실히 설교하는 사람
-제자교육과 멘토링을 통해 일반 교인들을 장비하고 훈련시키는 사람
-성경공부, 기도 모임 및 기타 교제 활동을 주도하는 사람
-성경 중심의 목회 비전과 긍정적인 사회적인 개인적 관계를 가진 사람
-담임목사가 설정한 CPCNY의 사명과 비전을 헌신적으로 나누고 이행하는 사람
-담임목사의 지도와 지시에 따라 다른 목회자들, 장로 및 일반 교인들과 긴밀히 협력하여 한교회로 촉진할 수 있는 사람
-전문 성인 사역 경험 5년 이상 우대

Central Presbyterian Church of NY (CPCNY) is searching for an associate pastor to serve in the English Ministry. CPCNY is a presbyterian church belonging to Korean American Presbyterian Church that pursues God-centered reformed theology and faith that started in 1980. CPCNY is in Old Westbury, New York, with about 100 English-speaking members attending on Sundays.

• Position: Full-time Associate Pastor of CPCNY to serve in the English Ministry
• Salary: Commensurate with experience ($75-85k + health benefits & retirement contribution)

• Qualification :
1. A person who faithfully preaches the unchanging truth of God’s Word without compromising to social or political trends
2. A person who will train and equip lay leaders through discipleship and mentorship
3. A person who will lead Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other fellowship related activities
4. A person who has a Bible-centered pastoral vision and positive social personal relationships
5. A person who can dedicate and share the mission and vision of CPCNY, set by the Senior Pastor
6. A person who under the guidance and instructions of the Senior Pastor, can work closely with other pastoral staff, elders and lay leaders of both KM and EM to promote unity in the Church
7. A minimum of 5+ years of full-time adult ministry experience strongly desired
