[LA] Seeking Youth Pastor (Part or Half Time)

East Sarang Community Church (PCA), located in Chino, CA, is looking for a pastor to serve in our Youth ministry (7-9th grade). We want to passionately serve the next generation to build them as disciples of Jesus. We seek someone who is committed to preaching the Gospel and has a passion for the next generation.



Position
Youth Ministry Pastor (Part or Half - Time)


Job Description
- Preaching on Sunday worship service (once or twice a month)
- Lead Discipleship Training of the members
- Work with another youth pastor to plan and coordinate yearly events (summer & winter retreat, revival night, etc.)
- Being present at church events and special services (Early Morning Prayer, New Year Service, etc.)
- Support Education Department events (VBS, Friday Family Worship, Heavenly Festival, etc.)
- Shepherding and administrative duties
- Attending staff meetings


Qualifications
- Believe in the inerrancy of the Bible
- Strong sense of ministry calling and a passion for Youth ministries
- Previous Youth ministry experience (preferred)
- A graduate from an accredited Seminary or currently enrolled
- We prefer someone who is Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Korean language skills preferred but not required
