Join our vibrant, multi-cultural congregation in Brooklyn, NY as a Youth/EM Pastor. Our church, with a history of 40 years and a diverse community, is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and nurture our youth group, consisting of 20-25 students. This position requires a passion for teaching the Bible and an enthusiasm for instilling biblical principles in young hearts.

주요업무
Your main responsibilities will include leading the youth group through Bible study sessions, organizing events that engage and educate the youth, and providing spiritual guidance. Additionally, you will collaborate with church leadership to strengthen the youth ministry.

자격요건
Candidates should have a strong foundation in Christian teachings and a committed passion for youth ministry. Relevant theological education and previous experience working with youth are highly desirable. Bi-lingual (English and a bit of Korean are preferred)

우대사항
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with multi-ethnic groups or bilingual abilities. Demonstrated leadership skills and innovative approaches to youth engagement are considered advantageous.

혜택 및 복지
We offer a supportive church community and a monthly salary of $2,000~2,500 plus $500 of ministerial expanses.
