College Pastor (Part-Time / Half-Time)

Dongshin Church of Southern California is part of the Korean Presbyterian Church Abroad (KPCA).
We are seeking a College Pastor with a genuine heart for college ministry and a passion to walk with students during a critical season of faith formation.

Position Type
  •  Part-Time / Half-Time

Qualifications
  •  A clear calling and heart for college ministry
  •  M.Div. or M.A. from an accredited school of theology
  •  Love for discipleship, leadership development, and outreach
  •  Ability to connect relationally with college-age students
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills
  •  Alignment with the church’s vision and theological values

Responsibilities
  •  Lead and oversee Sunday college worship
  •  Develop and facilitate leadership training for student leaders
  •  Provide discipleship training and spiritual care for students
  •  Engage in local college outreach and campus connections
  •  Plan, organize, and execute college events and ministry programs
