POSITION DESCRIPTION
The full-time pastor will join a staff of full-time and part-time pastors part of the Round-Table Leadership model. Though this pastor will be a part of the round table leadership model, this pastor must be able to fulfill the duties of a traditional senior pastor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pastoral care
Preach on a regular rotation
Leadership training
Discipleship
Participate/ lead various ministry team meetings
Vision casting
Lead small groups
Administration
Participate in weekly staff meetings
Attend/ coordinate church retreats
Participate in local and global missions
QUALIFICATIONS

3+ Years of Experience in Full Time Ministry
Masters in Divinity
Egalitarian
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Reformed theology -Presbyterian preferred
Open to Spiritual Gifts
