Grace Church is a mission-oriented Korean-American congregation committed to our vision of “saving souls, raising disciples, and restoring families and the world around us.” We are entering a new chapter: launching a dynamic, intergenerational English-speaking ministry that serves youth and adults together, seeking to build an intergenerational worship experience and to intentionally integrate generations in worship, discipleship, service, and mission.
We are currently seeking a full-time (or half-time) Intergenerational Ministry Assistant Pastor to shepherd our intergenerational congregation faithfully. The Assistant Pastor of Intergenerational will lead the development, implementation, and growth of our English-language ministry within the broader life of Grace Church.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Design, coordinate, and lead a weekly blended English worship service (youth + adults) that is culturally relevant, biblically anchored, and generationally inclusive.
2. Develop discipleship pathways for college students and adults, encouraging spiritual mentorship and inter-generational relationships.
3. Collaborate with youth ministry, adult ministry, worship teams (Korean and English), and administrative leadership to ensure integration and alignment of the English ministry within the church’s vision.
4. Recruit/mentor ministry leaders and volunteers (youth, young adult, adult) for the English ministry, equipping them for mission-oriented ministry (in worship, service, fellowship, etc.).
5. Plan and execute special events, retreats, mission/service projects, and small group experiences that foster community, outreach, and spiritual growth across generations.
6. Serve as pastoral caregiver, connecting with youth and adult participants in the English ministry context—providing biblical counsel, encouragement, and follow-up.
7. Monitor, evaluate, and refine ministry strategies, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and missional engagement.
8. Participate in the broader pastoral staff: attend leadership meetings, participate in church-wide planning, contribute to vision casting, and support the overall mission of Grace Church.
9. Maintain clear communication with the senior pastor and leadership
10. Maintain a minimum of 30 hours/week in the church office


Qualifications
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from an accredited seminary (required; copy of diploma requested)
• Ordained or eligible for ordination in a Reformed/Presbyterian denomination
• Minimum of 3 years of pastoral ministry experience
• Fluency in English; Korean proficiency is a plus but not required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A deep heart for the Gospel and a passion for shepherding an intergenerational church
• Committed to Reformed theology (or willing to grow in Reformed and Presbyterian tradition)

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive full-time salary commensurate with experience ($60,000 – $72,000; half time salary is subject to negotiation)
