저희 교회는 남부 버지니아의 페닌슐라 지역에 위치한 남침례교단에 소속된 교회로서 자체 건물과 넓은 주차장을 소유한 40년의 역사를 가지고 있는 교회입니다. 아래와 같이 청소년/청년 (full time) 사역자를 모시고자 합니다.

영어부 청소년/청년 사역자
자격
1. 침례 교단의 정규 신학교에서 목회학 또는 석사 이상을 취득하고 목사 안수를 받으신 분
2. 1년 이상 담당 사역을 경험하신분
3. 미국 시민권이나 영주권을 소유하신 분
4. 영어또는 영어/한국어로 사역이 가능하신 분
5. 청소년 사역에 열정을 가지신 분

담당 사역
• Help plan, develop, and implement all aspects of a Spirit-filled Youth/Young Adult Ministry in the areas of bible study, worship services, discipleship, mission, and outreach.
• Counsel youth/young adult on spiritual maturity and effectively communicate with church staff,
leaders, and parents to support and discuss issues related to their children.
• Work in partnership with senior pastors
