Ministry Title: Worship Leader찬양인도자 (Part-time/Half-time)

Ministry Objective: To assist the Senior Pastor in attaining the overall goal of the church through weekly worship leading, monthly preaching, and pastoral supervision for the members.

Ministry Qualifications
1. Seminary Student working on master’s level or Ordained minister
2. Character
          a. Humble & Teachable
          b.  Truthful & Genuine
3. Competencies
          a. Interpersonal skills
          b. Organizational skills
4.  Chemistry (Teamwork with other staff)

Ministry Responsibilities:
1. Weekly, Monthly, Annual Ministry Planning
2. Monthly Pulpit Ministry in Korean following the overall church’s unified direction
3. Annual Outreaches and Retreats 
4. Ministerial Administration for Worship Team and allotted ministry
5. Other duties as assigned by the senior pastor.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
