“When life gives you more than you can stand, kneel!”

“When Life is too Hard to Bear, Get on Your Knees”

Recently, while I was driving, I read a sign on the rear window of a car that read, “When life gives you more than you can stand, kneel!” When I read this sign, I thought it was a good message. After pondering on this message, I realized that Christians are truly blessed. When we face things we cannot handle, we can reach out to the Almighty God through prayer. When we pray, our omnipresent God hears our prayers and helps us solve our difficulties.

For this reason, Jesus said in Matthew 7:7-8, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.” And Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” These passages are all related to prayer. When we pray, we receive the things we need, and the impossible becomes possible. Beloved Church, do you feel like your burdens are too heavy? Then let us kneel and pray. God will give us strength to bear those burdens. And are you faced with a problem you cannot handle? Let us kneel and seek God’s help. I believe you will see God solve our problems.

When we look at the book of Exodus, we can see that Moses, who led the Israelites through the wilderness, often got on his knees and kneeled before the Lord whenever he was faced with challenges he could not bear. He kneeled before God when they were faced with the Red Sea as soon as they left Egypt. And as a result, God split the Red Sea and had the Israelites walk through it. And when the Israelites complained that there was nothing to eat after they reached the wilderness, Moses kneeled before God. As a result, in a place where there was nothing, God let manna fall from the sky so they could eat, and at night He sent quails to provide them as meat. Everything gets resolved when we kneel before God whenever we face an unbearable difficulty. Beloved Church, if we feel like our lives are full of unbearable burdens today, let us be able to kneel and pray. Let us believe that we can endure all things on our kneeling knees and become victorious as we get on our knees forever.
